Eat Sip’n Dip LLC (“the Company”) occasionally takes photographs and video footage during trips, events, and activities for the purpose of marketing, promotion, and documentation. This form grants the Company permission to use such content.
I hereby grant Eat Sip’n Dip LLC, its representatives, employees, agents, and authorized partners the right to:
1. Photograph, video record, and/or audio record me in connection with any event, trip, or activity coordinated by Eat Sip’n Dip LLC.
2. Use, edit, publish, and reproduce these materials, in whole or in part, for promotional purposes including but not limited to:
• Social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Websites and blogs
• Printed marketing materials
• Email campaigns
• Press and media releases
• Event highlight reels or testimonials
3. Use my name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information in connection with these media materials.
I understand and agree that:
• I will not receive compensation, now or in the future, for the use of these materials.
• All media will remain the property of Eat Sip’n Dip LLC.
• I may revoke this release at any time by submitting a written request to hello@eatsipndip.com. However, revocation will not apply to materials already published or in use.
