Transparent Service Pricing

• 10% Referral Fee: Applied to standard event scheduling and activity sourcing.

• 20% Event Planning Fee: Applied to comprehensive itineraries and full-service coordination.

• Commission Rule: Planning fees apply to total costs unless standard travel commissions are already built-in.​

Planning Safeguards & Project Intake

To protect our proprietary vendor networks and intensive logistics research, we utilize the following intake structures prior to releasing specific vendor names or deep logistics:

• Initial Proposal Fee: A flat $100 to $250 non-refundable fee covers initial proposal creation, vendor sourcing, and itinerary building. This full amount is credited toward your final balance upon booking.

• Upfront Retainer: Large-scale events require a $250 to $500 retainer to secure our services before detailed logistics are released.

• Hourly Consulting: Complex, multi-day, or highly customized itineraries are billed at $75 to $150 per hour.

Booking & Revision Policy

​

• Complimentary Window: You receive one (1) complimentary modification within the 2-hour window immediately following your initial quote discussion.

• Standard Revision Fees: Changes made outside the 2-hour window require deep administrative updates (re-checking vendor availability, altering contracts, and updating itineraries) and are subject to the following structures:​

  • Hourly Revision Fee: Complex or large-scale event changes are billed at $100 to $120 per hour to cover extensive restructuring.

• Flat Revision Fee: A $75 fee per request applies to standard travel itineraries or simple social events. A single request includes all modifications submitted together in one email or call.
